Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item up to 14 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition. Please note it is unlikely we can offer size exchanges, due to stock being sold out.
Please ensure you print, complete and enclose the returns form which can be found on our website.
PLEASE NOTE: If the returns form is not enclosed we cannot process your request.
All goods will be inspected upon return. Please make sure that the name and address you have entered is correct as we are unable to change it. This is so we can offer you the quickest dispatch we can.
If you would like a size exchange or a refund, you will need to return the item with a returns form. If the size you are wanting is out of stock then a refund for the item/s will be given. We do not cover the cost of postage on return.
DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR RETURNS FORM: Please print it off, fill it out and enclose it with your returned items. Please note, we do not cover the costs of postage upon returning or exchanges.
